For the past several years I have been printing photographs on alternative surfaces - painting light sensitive emulsion on burdock leaves, ceramic slabs, stones, fabric, bark, metal, or handmade paper as a way to actually give physical dimension to traditional photography - the media which visually records the third dimension on a two dimensional surface.
Eye Witness is an installation of 100 'eyes'; photographs of friends' eyes printed on cast handmade paper.
